ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police Humak police station team utilized technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending two wanted members of the snatcher gang involved in multiple incidents of looting citizens.
The accused were identified as Aziz Ahmed and Muhammad Rafay. Police team also recovered snatched mobile phones and cash from their possession. Cases were registered against the arrested suspects and further investigation is underway.
DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq stated that the Islamabad Police are taking all possible measures to protect the lives and property of citizens, ensuring that no criminal element disturbs the peace.
Citizens are urged to cooperate with the police and report any suspicious activity or information through the emergency helpline “Pucar-15” for immediate assistance.
