SSP Ops for addressing citizens’ grievances on priority

ISLAMABAD: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad Muhammad Shoaib Khan in line with the special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi listened to the complaints of citizens under the open-door policy and issued immediate instructions to concerned officers for their redressal.

He emphasized that ensuring swift resolution of public issues is a top priority and that every citizen has equal rights. It is our foremost responsibility to protect the lives and property of citizens while upholding their dignity and all issues must be resolved on a priority basis, he said.
He further stated that strict action will be taken against officials found involved in bribery or corruption, with a zero-tolerance policy being implemented in such cases.
All available resources will be utilized for the resolution of public grievances, he added.
He further said that all applications will be processed strictly on merit and the protection of citizens life, property and dignity remain paramount.
