ISLAMABAD: DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq, held an important press conference at Rescue 15. On this occasion, SSP Operations Muhammad Shoaib Khan, SP City, and other senior police officers were also present.
On the occasion, the DIG Islamabad stated that the Islamabad Police successfully solved the tragic triple murder case that occurred in Ramsha Colony, an area under the jurisdiction of the Industrial Area police station, within a short period.
He further revealed that, unknown accused had murdered the deceased Muhammad Ikram, his son Immanuel, and daughter Zoya by mixing drugs and pills in juice and then brutally killing them. After committing the murders, the accused fled the scene with the victims’ mobile phones.
As soon as the incident was reported, local police teams and senior officers arrived at the scene, shifted the dead bodies to the hospital, examined the crime scene, and registered a case.
He further stated that a special police team was formed under the supervision of SSP Investigation, including the in-charge of RDU, the SHO of Industrial Area police station, and other officers, to arrest the accused.
Using all technical and human resources, the police team traced and arrested the two accused involved in this heinous crime in a short time. The arrested accused have been identified as Yeshua, son of Bahadur, and Yeshua, son of Ramzan. The police teams utilized Safe City cameras, technical tools, and modern investigative methods to trace and apprehend the accused.
He further said that, based on solid evidence, a complete case will be submitted against the arrested accused in court to ensure they receive due punishment. Islamabad Police remain vigilant and committed at all times to protecting the lives and property of citizens, DIG added. –PR
