ISLAMABAD: Following the directives of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police organized a special lecture for COMSATS University students, focusing on public service apps launched for citizens’ convenience.
During the session, students were introduced to the functionality and benefits of various digital platforms including the One Info App, Online Women Police Station, Emergency Helpline Oucar-15, and the Taxi Verification App. They were also guided on how to use these services effectively.
Additionally, students were also briefed on the concept of community policing and the significance of these digital tools in enhancing public safety and convenience. The aim of the session was to encourage students to not only benefit from these innovative tools but also to actively participate in the creation of a safer society in collaboration with Islamabad Police.
