ISLAMABAD: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, visited the H-11 Police Khidmat Markaz. He was accompanied by AIG Investigation Syed Inayat Ali Shah, and other senior officers. During the visit, the IGP Islamabad reviewed the facilities and administrative affairs of the center. On this occasion, he directed the officers to ensure timely assistance and quality services for the citizens.
IGP Islamabad also met with citizens at the H-11 Khidmat Markaz, listened to their suggestions, and instructed the staff to further improve guidance and facilitation for the public.
While reviewing the various services provided at the center, he emphasized the need for modernization and enhancement of these services.
Under the “Open Door Policy,” the IGP Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi also held an open court at the Central Police Office, where he heard the problems of both citizens and police officers. He issued immediate instructions to the relevant officers to resolve all issues based on transparency, justice, and swift action.
He emphasized that the prompt, effective, and merit-based resolution of public issues is the top priority. He urged all officers to promote people-friendly policing, closely monitor the law and order situation across the city, and work towards making the police a more effective public service institution.
