IGP visits various duty points in Capital

ISLAMABAD: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, visited Faizabad and various duty points across the city. During his visit, he met with officers and personnel of the Islamabad Police and other law enforcement agencies deployed on official duty.
He encouraged them and appreciated their excellent performance. On this occasion, senior police officers were also present.


IGP Islamabad stated that the Islamabad Police must always be prepared to deal with any law and order situation in accordance with the law.
He emphasized that the force would not allow any disturbance to the peace and order of the federal capital and would take all necessary measures, utilizing all available resources, to protect the lives, property, and public or private assets of the citizens.
He issued directions to all senior police officers to brief their teams on handling any potential law and order situation and to personally inspect all duty deployments. All officers and officials assigned to duty should be fully equipped.
Officers should visit different areas of the city to ensure compliance with these directives.
