ISLAMABAD: SP Security/Operations & Headquarters Pervez Gul Tareen held a meeting with police station Muharrars and OSIs. The meeting was attended by the OSI Operations, zonal OSIs, and station Muharrars.
While issuing directions to further improve and enhance the operational duties of police stations, the SP Pari Gull stated that, you are the guardians of your police stations. Check all registers of the station, improve all arrangements, and take steps for further enhancement.
Use all resources of the police stations properly and maintain all records accurately. Ensure that all personnel reach their duty points on time. Keep the SHO informed about all actions taken in the station and the progress made. Ensure the maintenance, renovation, and upkeep of the police station building.
She further said that all complaints received at the stations must be registered on 15 system. All officers must maintain discipline. She added that all officers should perform their duties with sincerity and dedication, completing assigned tasks on a priority basis.
Any negligence or carelessness in professional responsibilities will not be tolerated. Senior officers must maintain full coordination with subordinates and resolve their issues promptly, she added.
