The event is structured around four main themes that form the foundation for an effective and sustainable non-profit sector.
The first theme focuses on governance and community innovation as the basis for effective partnerships that strengthen the humanitarian aspect of non-profit work. The second emphasizes workforce resilience and well-being, nurturing future leaders by developing new leadership and specialized skills through innovation, volunteering, and professional engagement aimed at maximizing social impact and sustaining human resources.
The third theme addresses resource mobilization through innovative partnerships, highlighting the role of modern technologies like artificial intelligence in advancing non-profit organizations’ performance. It also discusses adopting technology responsibly to enhance impact and transparency.
The fourth theme underscores the importance of partnerships and integration between the governmental and non-profit sectors to achieve sustainability by setting coordination priorities and mechanisms and exploring the localization of aid tailored to local community needs.
This first-of-its-kind ‘BEYOND PROFIT’ international forum underlines Saudi Arabia’s position as a global hub for innovation and impact in development and social sectors. It reflects the country’s ongoing commitment to developing the non-profit sector as a key driver of future growth by adopting modern visions, innovative financing mechanisms, and strategic alliances aligned with global transformations.
