——– Valuables worth Rs 11.5 million recovered

ISLAMABAD: Following the special directives of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police are continuing indiscriminate operations against criminal elements in the federal capital.
In this regard, the Islamabad Police Robbery and Dacoity Unit (RDU) carried out a major operation and arrested 03 members of an organized criminal gang, involved in multiple activities of house theft. During the operation, police recovered stolen valuables worth over Rs11.5 million, including cash, gold ornaments, and watches, along with weapons and ammunition used in the crimes.
The arrested accused were wanted by Islamabad Police in several cases of house theft. During preliminary investigation, the accused confessed to their involvement in multiple criminal activities.
