ISLAMABAD: IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, conducted visits to various duty points in the city, meeting with officers and personnel on duty, including women police officers.
He praised their efforts and gave important directions to further improve service delivery. Senior police officers were also present during these visits.
On the occasion, IGP Islamabad instructed senior officers to ensure that all duties are performed with professional responsibility, discipline, and courtesy towards citizens. He emphasized that the police should always be ready to handle law and order situations according to the law.
Islamabad Police will not allow any disturbance to peace and order in the federal capital. He stated that all necessary measures will be taken to protect the life and property of citizens, as well as public and private property, using all available resources.
IGP Islamabad expressed pride in the officers, saying, I am proud of all of you for tirelessly and bravely ensuring the safety and security of the citizens of Islamabad.
He further directed that, all officers should brief their personnel on handling any law and order situation and personally check all duty points.
Moreover, all personnel on duty should be fully equipped. Officers should also visit different areas of the city to ensure these instructions are being implemented effectively.
