ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police Women, Shalimar, Sumbal, Industrial Area, Khanna, Kirpa, Lohi Bher, Nilore and Bani Gala police stations teams arrested 14 accused involved in different criminal activities.
Police teams also recovered 1350 gram hashish, 670 gram heroin, 1011 gram ice, 60 bottles of liquor and four pistols with ammunition from the possession of the arrested accused.
Cases have been registered against them and further investigations are ongoing.
Additionally, during a special campaign launched for the arrest of proclaimed offenders and absconders, various police teams arrested two criminals.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police continues its effective crackdown against crime and criminal elements to ensure the peace and tranquility in the federal capital.
