CTO visits Police Khidmat Markaz

ISLAMABAD: Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Islamabad Muhammad Sarfraz Virk visited the Foreign Office checkpoint, where he conducted a detailed review of traffic flow and security arrangements. On this occasion, he issued instructions to the officers on duty to ensure effective monitoring, further improve traffic management, and provide every possible convenience to citizens.
He emphasized that all personnel must remain alert while performing their duties and utilize all available resources to ensure uninterrupted traffic flow, especially during peak hours.

Later, the CTO Islamabad also visited various Police Khidmat Markaz, where he reviewed the services being provided to citizens. He interacted with the public present there and inquired about the quality of facilities.
He stated that all possible measures are being taken to provide the best and prompt services at Police Facilitation Centers, and that modern technology is also being utilized to further enhance this process.
Furthermore, an important meeting was held at the Safe City Islamabad under the chairmanship of CTO Islamabad, attended by traffic police officers and the Safe City technical team.
The meeting included detailed discussions on improving the traffic system, ensuring prompt resolution of citizens issues, and increasing the use of modern technology.
He also issued directions for timely technical support to improve administrative matters at the Faizabad traffic office and facilities related to the issuance of driving licenses. At the end, CTO Islamabad Muhammad Sarfraz Virk distributed certificates of appreciation and letters of appreciation among Special Branch officers who demonstrated outstanding performance.
He praised their hard work, dedication, and professional abilities, stating that such commitment elevates the standard of public service.
The officers reaffirmed their commitment to continue performing their duties diligently and maintaining high standards of public service in the future as well.
