SSP Ops visits PS Shams Colony

ISLAMABAD: SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza, visited Shams Colony police station. On this occasion, SHO Rana Rashid and other police officers were also present. The SSP Operations reviewed public facilitation measures at the police station.
He issued directives to the officers, emphasizing that maximum facilities should be provided to citizens in accordance with the SIPS protocol at the police station.He stated that all police stations in the federal capital exist to facilitate the public and provide immediate assistance, therefore citizens issues must be resolved on a priority basis.
He further added that every officer and official of Islamabad Police is committed to performing their duties, and the role of each member of the force in fulfilling their responsibilities is commendable.
He directed all officers to treat citizens with courtesy, adopt a professional attitude, and ensure prompt resolution of complaints after carefully listening to every complainant.
Moreover, he stressed the importance of timely completion of records and improving cleanliness and maintenance systems within the police station.
He also encouraged officers performing alert duties and instructed them to carry out their responsibilities in the best possible manner.
SSP Operations Islamabad further stated that all available resources will be utilized to eliminate crime and ensure the safety of citizens, and that any form of negligence will not be tolerated.
