ISLAMABAD: Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police is taking special initiatives on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha to encourage the families and children of police martyrs.

In this regard, Islamabad Police officers visited the homes of various martyrs, met their families, and paid tribute to their great sacrifices.
During the visits, special meetings were held with the families and children of the martyrs, and gifts were distributed among them on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha. Expressions of solidarity and good wishes were also extended to the families.
On this occasion, police officers stated that police martyrs are the pride of the nation, who sacrificed their lives for peace, protection of citizens, and upholding the rule of law. Their sacrifices will always be remembered. Islamabad Police have always prioritized the welfare, dignity, and support of the families of martyrs. Sharing Eid joys with the children of martyrs and making them feel that the entire police force stands with them is a true reflection of this commitment.
IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi stated that martyrs are our real heroes, and serving, supporting, and taking care of their families is a collective responsibility of Islamabad Police.
He further said that due to the unmatched sacrifices of police martyrs, peace has been established in society, and the entire nation salutes these brave sons of the soil.
