ISLAMABAD: Additional Director General (ADG) FIA Headquarters Muhammad Jaffar, PSP, is personally supervising the ongoing recruitment process to ensure transparency, merit and professionalism in the selection of candidates.
Deputy Director Admin FIA Islamabad Zone was also overseeing various stages of the recruitment exercise, which is being conducted under strict monitoring and in accordance with prescribed rules and procedures.
The official said senior FIA officers were directly leading and supervising the recruitment process to ensure that all candidates were provided equal opportunities and that merit remained the sole criterion for selection.
According to the official, the continuous presence of ADG Muhammad Jaffar and other senior officers at recruitment venues reflected FIA’s commitment to conducting a transparent, organized and fair recruitment process.
The official said all phases of recruitment, including scrutiny, physical assessments and other evaluation stages, were being completed through a systematic mechanism to ensure transparency and credibility.
He said special emphasis had been placed on maintaining discipline, impartiality and professionalism throughout the process so that deserving candidates could be selected purely on merit.
