Ebrahim Azizi, head of Iranian parliament’s national security commission, issued a strong warning in a post on X, escalating rhetoric regarding ongoing tensions with the United States.
Azizi claimed that Washington casualties were already higher than acknowledged by US President Donald Trump and suggested that the conflict could expand beyond the regional theatre if escalation continues.
He also said Iran was “not afraid of fighting losers”, warning that the situation could broaden in scope. –Agencies
