Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has said that the MoU between Tehran and Washington has not been signed yet, Al Jazeera reported.
The statement comes shortly after foreign ministry’s spokesman announced that talks on MoU had entered final stage of internal conclusions. –Agencies
