SSP Ops remains active, reviews Church security

ISLAMABAD: Following the special directives of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Islamabad Police has implemented comprehensive measures to ensure foolproof security at Churches throughout the federal capital.
In this regard, SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza, remained actively engaged in field operations on Sunday and visited several Churches and duty points across the city. During his visits, he interacted with police officers and personnel, reviewed their operational preparedness, and issued necessary instructions to further strengthen security arrangements.
He also inspected the overall security plan, including deployment at entry and exit points, parking areas, and the surrounding premises of the Churches.
While meeting with Church administration, SSP Operations stated that Islamabad Police remains fully committed to safeguarding the lives and property of all citizens.
He urged the general public to cooperate with the police and promptly report any suspicious individual or activity to the nearest police station or the police helpline “Pucar-15.”
He emphasized that close cooperation between the police and the public is essential for maintaining law and order. He further stated that Islamabad Police continues to perform its duties with patriotism, dedication, and the highest standards of professionalism to ensure a safe and peaceful environment in the federal capital.
He concluded by reiterating that the foremost priority of Islamabad Police is to protect the lives and property of citizens and ensure the rule of law.
