‘PTI wants positive dialogue, govt should fulfil responsibility’

Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Asad Qaiser said that the government had made a conditional offer for talks, but its position appeared to suggest that no meaningful progress should be expected.
Speaking to the media in Islamabad, Qaiser said, “The government has talked about negotiations with conditions.
By the government’s stance, it seems that there is no need to expect anything.”
He said PTI wanted to engage in positive dialogue and urged the government to fulfill its responsibilities. “We want to talk positively, and the government should fulfill its responsibility,” Qaiser said.
He added that if the government wanted to take any steps toward resolving the matter, PTI was ready to welcome such efforts. –Agencies
