QUETTA: Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Friday granted pre-arrest bail to Senator Sarfraz Bugti in a case pertaining to kidnapping of a minor girl. The senator has also been ordered to pay surety bonds worth Rs 0.3 million. On Thursday a local court of Quetta had ordered to arrest of provincial minister Senator Sarfraz Bugti in a case pertaining to kidnapping of a minor girl. The court ordered his arrest after rejecting his bail plea. The maternal grandmother of the child has registered the FIR against Sarfaraz Bugti in which nine people have been nominated. Senator Sarfraz Bugti on Friday has approached Balochistan High Court (BHC) for pre-arrest bail in a case pertaining to kidnapping of a minor girl. The senator was detained and shifted to Cantt police station for interrogation on Thursday after rejection of his bail plea by the sessions court.
