RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Intelligence,
foiled a bid to smuggle 790 gram methamphetamine (Ice) to United Kingdom
through a parcel here on Wednesday.
According to spokesman, the ANF Intelligence on a tip-off raided courier
office in Rawalpindi.
During search of parcel booked for UK and containing crockery and garments,
it recovered 790 gram Ice worth millions of rupees in international market.
The recovered Ice was concealed in the ‘bailen’ and the parcel was booked by
Robeena Bibi, a resident of Rawalpindi in the name of Majid Waseem residing
in UK.
The ANF confiscated the parcel along with recovered narcotics and have
