Asif leaves for West Indies to play in CPL

Lahore: Asif Ali has left for St. Lucia, West Indies where he will be joining Jamaica Tallawahs to take part in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
The hard-hitting batsman will reach St.Lucia from Lahore via Dubai and New York. Asif will quarantine and practice for 14 days in St. Lucia.
It must be noted that only two Pakistani players were picked in the draft of the CPL. Left-arm pacer Sohail Tanvir has been picked up by St Kitts & Nevis. The tournament will commence from August 18-September 10, 2020.
