LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has assured that all teams are ready to visit Pakistan for the upcoming Champions Trophy, noting that if the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has any concerns, they should discuss them with Pakistan, and the PCB will address them.
Speaking to the media in Lahore, Naqvi further stated that the International Cricket Council (ICC) must consider its credibility when making decisions.
He mentioned that the ICC has yet to announce the schedule for the tournament, but the PCB is eagerly awaiting it. He expressed hope that the ICC will release the schedule soon.
Naqvi reiterated that Pakistan is committed to hosting the Champions Trophy, and underscored the importance of keeping sports and politics separate. He revealed that the PCB had written a letter to the ICC regarding the matter and is awaiting a response.
