ISLAMABAD: Rt. Rev.Nazir Alam, Bishop of Pakistan, United Church of Pakistan visited CGSS office and had a meeting with Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Center for Global & strategic studies (CGSS), Islamabad, here on Tuesday.
During the meeting various avenues of cooperation were discussed including the need to promote interfaith harmony in Pakistan. Furthermore, arranging conferences, seminars and other events to spread awareness in the youth of Pakistan were also discussed.
Rt. Rev. Nazir Alam was of the view that these initiatives will create opportunities for promoting unity amongst the society.
He also praised CGSS for its efforts in promoting the positive image of Pakistan on international forums.
On this occasion, Rt. Rev.Nazir Alam, Bishop of Pakistan also joined the board of experts’ panel of CGSS.–PR
