Buzdar directs for more efforts to pace uplift process

From Abid Usman

LAHORE: Chief Minister of Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that all authorities must put best to ensure speedy development of the province. He further said that the opposition is yearning for power and not for the people but they have faced failure on every front. Punjab Chief Minister, in his statement, said that during the last three and a half years the opposition has been pursuing a policy of anarchy and they do not want the country to move forward under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan. After claims of resignations from assemblies now they are making tall claims about no-confidence motion but the opposition does not have required numbers.
Usman Buzdar said that the opposition’s dream of no-confidence motion will not come true and the journey of development will continue under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Earlier, Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar on Tuesday decided to contact all allies, Tarin group and others to counter “no-trust move” of the opposition. As per details, the CM will also meet all the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) member of the assembly. He said that the opposition will face failure in their no-confidence motion. Earlier, Chief Minister of Punjab said that opposition leaders had nothing to do with the issues of the nation. In a statement, the CM said the people know that they were the same who destroyed country’s economy in the past. The rejected elements are worried over the development of the country due to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) policies, he stated.
CM Buzdar said the opponents are only busy in scoring their points, adding, they should remember that the suffering people cannot be served by only raising tall claims.
