BEIJING: Cancer expert and researcher Li Jingquan has been expelled from the Communist Party of China and removed from his public position after serious violations of discipline and law, the Hainan Commission for Discipline Inspection announced on Monday.
Li, who served as director of First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University, was found to have abused his authority for personal gain.
