ISLAMABAD: Safe City Islamabad is going to organize a CCTV and technician network course in which every citizen of Islamabad can participate.
Addtionally, there are no age or educational restrictions for this course. The course will span two weeks.
It will teach the use of cameras and various devices to monitor and record all types of activities.
The course will also provide awareness on security, safety and various situations in both public and private spaces.
Participants will learn the installation and repair techniques of analog, IP, PTZ and thermal cameras.
Moreover, the course will cover how data is stored on DVRs, NVRs and cloud storage devices as well as the process of upgrading backup recordings.
The course will also include installation and repair methods for networking equipment such as routers, switches and fiber optics.
Participants will be shown how to monitor systems through mobile apps. At the end of the course certificates will be distributed among the participants.
