ISLAMABAD: During the visit, the chairman inspected the work at the site and reviewed the pace and quality of construction. He directed the concerned officials to ensure that all components were completed in accordance with the approved design, technical specifications and relevant rules.
He stressed that there would be no compromise on the quality of construction and directed officials to identify and resolve administrative or technical issues that could cause delays.
The chairman also called for regular monitoring of the project and close coordination among the CDA departments, NPA and other stakeholders to ensure its timely completion.
He directed the concerned departments to maintain the pace of development work across Islamabad and ensure effective use of resources.
The visit comes amid the CDA’s ongoing development and infrastructure works across the capital, including improvements to roads, bridges, underpasses, landscaping and public facilities.
The chairman said development projects should focus not only on improving connectivity and mobility but also on enhancing public facilities and the overall urban environment of the capital. He directed officials to ensure that ongoing projects were implemented according to approved plans, with emphasis on quality, sustainability, efficient use of resources and timely completion.
