ISLAMABAD: Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) and Chief Commissioner Islamabad Sohail Ashraf on Tuesday visited the Gandhara Citizen and Heritage Club in F-9 Park, expressing satisfaction over ongoing renovation work and directing officials to make the facility fully operational at the earliest.
During the visit, Sohail Ashraf, accompanied by relevant officers, inspected various sections of the Gandhara Citizen and Heritage Club and was briefed on the progress of renovation work.
Officials informed him about the ongoing efforts to restore and upgrade the facility. The CDA chairman expressed satisfaction over the pace and quality of the renovation.
He directed authorities to ensure that the club is made fully functional without delay, emphasising the importance of completing the remaining work required for its operationalisation as soon as possible.
Sohail Ashraf also stressed the need to maintain high standards in the remaining renovation works to ensure the facility serves citizens effectively once reopened.
