RAWALPINDI: A girl was killed only five months after her marriage in Dhok Chaudhryan area here on Monday.
According to details, the father of 18 year-old Humaira Niaz has alleged that his daughter was shot dead by her husband since both used to quarrel with each other quite often. Cops have taken the girl’s husband into custody and began an investigation.
The victim’s father has demanded capital punishment the offender. “My daughter has been brutally killed. And I demand justice for her,” he implored. Police later shifted Humaira’s body to DHQ hospital for a postmortem.
