ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops arrested three killers involved in killing a guard of a private housing society.
According to details, some unknown accused attacked the check post of a private housing society situated at Ladhyot area of PS Lohi Bher and started indiscriminate firing upon which a security guard was killed.
The accused managed to escape after the incident. A case was registered at Lohi Bher police station and investigation was initiated.
DIG Operations Sohail Zafar chatha took notice of the incident and ordered immediate arrest of the accused. Following the orders, SHO Lohi Bher Kamal Khan along with other officials by using latest technology and human resources succeeded to arrest three nominated accused namely Shehzad Azad, Noor Ullah and Abdul Shakoor.
Police team also recovered two 223 bore rifles with ammunition upon which two cases of possessing illegal weapons were also registered. Raids were being carried out in different areas to arrest the co-accused.
IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan has appreciated the performance of the police team. He further ordered the arrest of all the nominated accused at the earliest.
