ISLAMABAD: In a swift and commendable operation, the Islamabad Capital Police Margalla police station team successfully recovers a minor girl kidnapped from the court premises. The police team promptly apprehended the accused and a case has been registered, further investigation is underway.
Following the special directions of Islamabad Capital City Police officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
According to the details, the Margalla police station received information from a citizen, reporting the abduction of his granddaughter from the court premises. He stated that he accompanied his granddaughter to meet her father, complying with court orders. Where, the accused took advantage of the situation and forcefully abducted her.
Upon receiving the information, the police team immediately registered a case and started the investigation. The police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending the accused and recovered the abducted girl and safely reunited her with his family.
Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, praised the swift and effective action taken by the police team.
He stated, “The protection of life and property of citizens remains our top priority. We will not tolerate any elements to disrupt the peace and tranquility of citizens.”
