ISLAMABAD: Following the special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police continues its indiscriminate operations across the federal capital against criminal elements and those involved in gambling activities.
As part of these efforts, the Kohsar police team carried out an operation and arrested six accused engaged in gambling red-handed. Police teams also recovered cash placed for betting and gambling tools from their possession.
Moreover, a case has been registered against the accused under the gambling act, and further investigation is ongoing.
