ISLAMABAD: In the most soul-shattering incidents of all times, a birth mother tortured his innocent 6 year old son to death, at PS Ramna’s jurisdiction area, Mehr Abadi here this Monday. However, in a swift action, the cops nabbed her from her hideout.
According to deails, the 6 year old victim Muzammil Abbas was given to the father’s younger brother as soon as he was born as his uncle had no kid of his own. After 5 years of healthy adoption, suddenly the kid’s mother changed her mind and filed a case of child custody which the lady won and so, got her son back. However, the child did not want to live with his real mother and in fact, refused to address her as mom at whih, she used to torture the child at a daily basis.
Thus, in a similar train of torture, the woman heated knife on stove and made repeated stabs on the child, till his intestines came out, hitting him hard on the head as well. Sources told The Daily Mail that she has locked the child in and by the time family members came and broke the door down, the child had already succumed to his injuries and his face was beyond recognition. His father was at his nearby shop and has also admitted to his wife’s daily torture of the innocent.
Later, Naseem Bibi fled from the scene. However, at the timely information relayed to the cops, the lady was arrested soon. Further legal proceedings would be undertaken after the postmartem of the victim.
2 held for swallowing heroin capsules at Airport
ISLAMABAD: The Airport Security Force (ASF) arrested Monday two men at the Islamabad airport for attempting to smuggle drugs to Saudi Arabia. Muzaffar and Muneer had swallowed more than 30 heroin capsules before boarding the plane. They were handed over to the Anti-Force Force (ANF) and a first information report (FIR) was lodged against him. Sources within the ANF said further investigation against the arrested smugglers is underway.
On December 10, the Airport Security Force (ASF) had claimed to have seized a huge quantity of heroin from a car at the New Islamabad International Airport. According to ASF officials, the vehicle was searched as it entered the airport’s parking area, resulting in the recovery of 21 kilogrammes of heroin. Driver Muhammad Ahmed, who hailed from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP)’s Khyber agency, was taken into custody. After initial interrogation, he was handed over to the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) for further legal action.
Smuggling bid foiled, 40 kg heroin recovered
ISLAMABAD: PS Tarnol foiled a bid to smuggle narcotics from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to down parts of the country and recovered 40 kilogram heroin duringinspection of a car, here on Monday. Following directions of IGP Islamabad Muhammad Aamir Zulfiqar Khan and DIG Operations, high vigilance is being maintained against those involved in drug peddling and anti-social activities. Owing to such efforts, PS Tarnol foiled a bid and recovered huge cache of heroin from a car.
On a tip off, SP Saddar Sarfaraz Ahmed Virk constituted a special team under the supervision of DSP Saddar Sajjad Haider Bukhari for special checking in the area. The team including PS Tarnol’s SHO Inspector Muhammad Rasheed, SI Muhammad Khan Marwat and others, cordoned off area near old Toll Plaza on motorway and started checking. A car (LEA-5437) was intercepted by the police team but it’s driver tried to speed away. Police chased the car following which it met with an accident and police succeeded to overpower the driver of the car.
On search of the vehicle, the police team recovered 40 kilogram heroin from it while the driver identified as Saeed Gul, who confessed to smuggle heroin from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Islamabad and various districts of Punjab. Case has been registered against the nabbed person and further investigation is underway from him to arrest those involve with him in this heinous crime.
IGP Islamabad Muhammad Aamir Zulfiqar and DIG Operations have appreciated this overall performance of police team and announced special prizes and commendation certificates for its members. They also directed all police officials to intensify vigilance and curb activities of anti-social elements.
Gang busted, arms, valuables recovered
ISLAMABAD: PS Bara Kaho team arrested four members of a criminal’s gang involved in incidents of dacoity and street crime and recovered snatched mobile phone and weapons from their possession. According to details, IGP Islamabad Muhammad Aamir Zulfiqar Khan ordered crackdown against criminal elements. Following these orders, DIG Operationshas directed all zonal officers to accelerate their efforts to curb the crime in the city. SP City Zone Omer Khan constituted police team under supervision of DSP Hakim Khan to ensure arrest of criminals. This team including SHO Bhara Kahu police station Sub-Inspector Shaukat Mehmood and ASI Atiq-Ur-Rehman along with others successfully arrested four members of a criminal’s gang involved in snatching mobile phones and other valuables at gun point from the citizens. The gangsters have been identified as Abdul Basit Abbasi, Noor, Hazir Muhammad and Manaz Muhammad. During the preliminary investigation, they confessed their involvement in several incidents of dacoity and snatching valuables at gunpoint from various areas Bhara Khau and city zone aslo. Cases have been registered against them and further investigation is underway from them.
DIG Operations has appreciated this overall performance and directed all police officials to ensure effective policing measures in their respective areas.
CIA turns-in gang of robbers

ISLAMABAD: At the special instructions of SP Investigation Malik Naeem Iqbal, the CIA team busted a two member gang of robbers. The culprits were later identified as Akaash Maseeh and Ghulam Nabi. Arms and ammunition used in various robbery instances, bike and valuables were also recovered from the accused. The entire operation was conducted under the supervision of CIA’S DSP Hakim Shab Khan and the team included SI Mushtaq, ASI Mohsin Ali along personnel. The crooks had previous criminal record and were absconder in various henious crime instances. Further probe is underway from the accused.
