ISLAMABAD: Following the special directives of Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, to encourage the police officials towards healthy activities a friendly cricket match was played between Islamabad Capital Police and Lahore Police at Police Lines Headquarters Islamabad cricket ground.
Islamabad Capital Police won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 127 runs in 30 over’s.
The Lahore Police team played well and scored 128 runs and won the match.
The Islamabad Capital City Police Officer Dr. Akbar Nasir said that the purpose of the cricket match is to motivate the police officials and encourage them towards healthy activities.
Such activities will continue in the future as well, he maintained.
