CTO reviews licensing facilities at Traffic HQs

ISLAMABAD: Chief Traffic Officer Islamabad, Capt. (retd.) Hamzah Humayun, visited the Traffic Headquarters in Faizabad to ensure the effective supervision of services and to provide citizens with better facilities.
On this occasion, he thoroughly reviewed the ongoing services in the licensing branch and directly interacted with citizens to hear their concerns and suggestions.
During the visit, senior officers of Islamabad Traffic Police briefed him on services, processing, and other operational matters.
CTO Hamzah Humayun instructed the staff to make the driving license issuance process easier, faster, and more transparent so that citizens do not face any inconvenience.
He appreciated the performance of the officers and personnel on duty, stating that ITP officers and personnel are diligently performing their duties at all times.
He further instructed that officers should treat citizens with respect and courtesy during duty hours, emphasizing that the primary responsibility is to resolve the issues faced by the public.
The purpose of the visit was to review the facilities being provided to citizens, encourage the officers and personnel of ITP, and boost their morale. He stated that the aim of Islamabad Police is not only the enforcement of law but also prioritizing the provision of facilities to the public.
