ISLAMABAD: Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Islamabad, Muhammad Sarfraz Virk, visited various Police Khidmat Markaz, where he reviewed the services being provided to citizens. He interacted with the public present there and inquired about the quality of services.
On this occasion, he stated that all possible measures are being taken to ensure the provision of excellent and prompt services at Police Khidmat Markaz, and that modern technology is also being utilized to make this process more effective.
He also met with the police officers posted at the centers and asked about the administrative challenges they were facing. He directed the in-charges of the khidmat markaz to ensure that citizens are provided with all possible services.
He further said that trained staff have been deployed at Police Khidmat Markaz to provide maximum relief and services to citizens.
These staff members are actively engaged in providing services not only to Pakistani citizens but also to foreigners around the clock, he added.
