ISLAMABAD: DC Islamabad held a detailed meetimg with delegation of Shia Ulema was held regarding Yom-e-Hazrat Ali on 21st Ramzan.
It was decided during the meeting that because of growing threat of corona there will be no procession etc on the roads. There will be no gathering or any violation of section 144. However majalis will be allowed in a restricted away as par the SOPs issued for Taraveehs.
There will be social distancing, wearing of masks and disingection of the compound for safety of everyone attending the religious rituals.
The ulema will wait for the guidelines of the Federal Govt and have assured to fully comply with it in letter and spirit.
The meeting was done in a very cordial manner and DC Islamabad thanked the exemplary cooperation extended by the Ansa Asharia Management.
