Dean Jones has a message for Pakistani fans after first Test loss

Bureau Report

Karachi: Former Australian batsman Dean Jones thinks that Pakistan fans priority should be winning over runs made by limited-overs captain Babar Azam.
Babar made 69 in the first innings but was dismissed after scoring just 5 runs in the second innings of the first Test against England in Manchester. According to Deano, Babar himself will tell that winning is the main preference rather than his own runs,
“Message for Pakistan fans, yes it’s always great when Babar Azam scores runs but he will tell you, winning is priority,” he tweeted.

Pakistan lost against England by three wickets after having a dominant position in the match, courtesy mammoth 139-run partnership between Jos Buttler and Chris Woakes.
Deano also believes that great Test teams go with six specialist batsmen, a wicket-keeper, and four bowlers.
Well the great Test teams blueprint.. 6 specialist bats, WK & 4 bowlers ! https://t.co/ScLG7VWIr1

It must be noted that the Pakistan team will now head to Southampton where they will play the remaining two Tests of the series.
