ISLAMABAD: Director General Safe City Islamabad Shakir Hussain Dawar, held an important meeting at Safe City Islamabad. The meeting was attended by SSP Safe City Dr. Muhammad Iqbal, Director IT, and other senior officers.
On this occasion, the DG Safe City Islamabad questioned the progress on the previously assigned targets. He also discussed several matters to ensure the effective use of body-worn cameras in police stations, major events, and during law and order duties.
He directed concrete steps, in collaboration with the Child Protection Unit for the protection of abandoned children and the recovery of missing children.
While issuing instructions to the officers, he emphasized the need to enhance the capabilities of Safe City Islamabad’s cameras and to improve the surveillance and monitoring system throughout the city, in order to tighten the noose around criminal elements.
