ISLAMABAD: A dignified ceremony was held at the Police Lines Headquarters to pay tribute to the valuable services of former DIG Headquarters Malik Jameel Zafar, on the occasion of his transfer. The event was attended by AIG Logistics Abdul Haq Umrani, AIG General Inayat Ali Shah, SSP CTD Saud Khan, SP Headquarters Pari Gul Tareen, along with a large number of police officers.
Senior police officers praised the services rendered by Malik Jameel Zafar in various departments of Islamabad Police and stated that a good police officer is one who performs his official duties with dedication and leads from the front as a true leader, guiding his subordinates at every step. The officers congratulated Malik Jameel Zafar on his new appointment and expressed their best wishes for his future.
During the ceremony, Malik Jameel Zafar’s contributions towards providing better facilities to citizens, construction projects in police stations under the SIPS protocol, and police welfare initiatives were highly appreciated. Senior police officers also presented him with commemorative gifts and conveyed their good wishes for his bright future.
Malik Jameel Zafar served Islamabad Police in various key positions, including DIG Headquarters, DIG Law & Order/Commandant Capital Police College, and SSP Operations Islamabad, where he performed his responsibilities with distinction.
