DIG HQs Malik Jameel Zafar reviews police affairs

ISLAMABAD: Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Headquarters Malik Jameel Zafar chaired a meeting. The meeting was attended by AIG General Syed Inayat Ali Shah, SSP Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Saud Khan, Director Special Initiatives Shams-ul-Haq Durrani, and other officers.
During the meeting, the DIG Headquarters conducted a detailed review of the ongoing and proposed development projects of the Islamabad Police, measures related to the welfare of police officers, improvement of infrastructure, and the provision of better facilities to officers deployed at various duty points.
On this occasion, the DIG Headquarters issued instructions to all officers, directing them to complete all development projects within the stipulated time without compromising on quality. He further emphasized that the welfare of police officers should be given top priority and that all possible facilities should be provided to them during duty.
Moreover, he stressed the need to adopt a comprehensive strategy for infrastructure improvement, ensure the effective use of available resources, and promote better coordination among all departments. He directed the concerned officers to further improve their performance and ensure the provision of quality and timely services to the public.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the DIG Headquarters assigned various targets and responsibilities to the officers and directed them to perform their duties with professionalism, diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
