DIG HQs reviews SIPS initiatives in various police stations

ISLAMABAD: DIG Headquarters Malik Jameel Zafar paid a detailed visit to various police stations. He was accompanied by AIG General Syed Inayat Ali Shah and other senior police officials.
During the visit, DIG Headquarters reviewed ongoing projects under the SIPS protocol for providing facilities to citizens at the police stations. He also inspected public services, front desk performance, record management, and service delivery standards.
During the visit, DIG Headquarters issued several important directives to the officers, emphasizing that they complete construction projects and installation of modern equipment and facilities in a timely and efficient manner.
He further instructed that the quality and pace of construction work should be improved to ensure timely and effective services for citizens. He added that Islamabad Police is committed to providing citizens with the best services in a safe, dignified, and modern policing environment.
Meanwhile, under the chairmanship of DIG Headquarters, a meeting was held at the Central Police Office, attended by AIG Logistics, AIG Establishment, AIG General, Director SIPS, and other senior officers.
In the meeting, DIG Headquarters Malik Jameel Zafar reviewed in detail the public service delivery initiatives of Islamabad Police and the welfare measures for the force. He instructed all officers to improve their performance further to increase public trust.
Additionally, he assigned specific tasks to the officers and provided clear timelines for their completion.
