ISLAMABAD: Following the special directives of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq along with SSP Operations Muhammad Shoaib Khan visited various areas of the capital and reviewed the security arrangements.
During the visit, he met with the police officers deployed at duty points and commended them for their dedicated service. Additionally senior police officers were also present on the occasion.
DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq stated that the Islamabad Police have made special security arrangements for masjids and imambargahs across the district during the holy month of Ramadan.
He affirmed that police officers remain fully engaged in ensuring the safety of citizens and that all available resources are being utilized to maintain law and order in the federal capital. Moreover, no elements will be allowed to disturb the peace of the citizens, he added.
