ISLAMABAD: DIG Security Islamabad Rana Umar Farooq visited the Police Khidmat Markaz CASCADE at the Diplomatic Enclave. SSP VVIP Security Captain (Retd.) Syed Zeeshan Haider and other police officers accompanied him during the visit.
DIG Security Islamabad conducted a detailed review of the procedures for providing driving licenses, character certificates, and other police services, as well as the facilities available to citizens and the diplomatic community and the overall standard of service delivery. The concerned officers also briefed him on the various services and arrangements available at the center.
On the occasion, DIG Security Islamabad directed the concerned police officers to ensure the timely, transparent, efficient, and high-quality delivery of police services to the diplomatic community.
He further directed that all visitors to the Police Khidmat Markaz be treated with courtesy and professionalism, their concerns be addressed on a priority basis, and every possible facilitation be provided to them in accessing the available services.
DIG Security Islamabad Rana Umar Farooq stated that Islamabad Police is utilizing all available resources to provide modern, convenient, and citizen-friendly police services to citizens and the diplomatic community.
He further emphasized that efforts would continue to further improve service delivery standards and ensure the provision of the best possible facilities to the public.
