ISLAMABAD: DIG Security Islamabad Rana Umar Farooq, paid a comprehensive visit to the Federal Shariat Court and Islamabad High Court. The purpose of the visit was to review the security arrangements at both important judicial buildings and ensure effective monitoring of the existing security measures.
On this occasion, the DIG Security met with officers and personnel deployed on security duty and directed them to remain highly vigilant and adopt a professional and responsible approach while performing their duties. He stated that the security of sensitive and important institutions such as courts is among the top priorities of Islamabad Police, and no negligence or lapse in this regard will be tolerated.
He conducted a detailed inspection of the overall security arrangements, including entry and exit points, walkthrough gates, and the functionality of CCTV cameras. He further directed the officers on duty to ensure more effective monitoring, maintain strict vigilance over suspicious activities, and remain fully prepared to respond to any emergency situation. DIG Security further stated that Islamabad Police is utilizing all available resources in accordance with modern security requirements to provide a safe and secure environment for citizens.
