ISLAMABAD: DIG Security Rana Umar Farooq held an important meeting at his office. The meeting was attended by SSP CTD Saud Khan, SP CTD, and SP Traffic.
During the meeting, a detailed review was conducted of the protection of foreign delegations, security arrangements, protocol duties, and the operational preparedness of the Special Protection Unit.
Various security related matters, challenges, and protective measures were discussed. The participants also reviewed the ongoing arrangements aimed at ensuring the safe and efficient movement of important national and international personalities.
DIG Security assessed the overall performance of the Security division and the Special Protection Unit, emphasizing the need for further enhancement of professional capabilities, effective coordination, and alignment of security measures with modern requirements.
He directed the relevant officers to utilize all available resources to ensure the protection of foreign delegations and important personalities and to maintain the highest standards of security under all circumstances.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the DIG Security instructed all officers to perform their duties with greater dedication, vigilance, and professionalism.
