ISLAMABAD: Islamabad capital Police Aabpara police team raided a distillery in the varoius areas of G-7 and recovered a huge quantity of liquor.
Following the special directions of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Aabpara police team headed by SHO Aabpara conducted a successful raid at the distillery in the area varoius areas sector of G-7 and recovered 160 liters alchole. Police team also nabbed two liquor dealers namely Falak Sher and Sham Anwar during the raid. Cases have been registered against those running this distillery and further investigation is underway.
Five arrested, drugs
& arms recovered
ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops apprehended five outlaws from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, the Secretariat police team arrested an accused namely Tasawwer Hussain and recovered 118 gram heroin from his possession. The Bhara Kahu police team arrested an accused namely Hamid and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition and 1180 gram heroin from his possession.
Similarly, the Sangjani police team apprehended an accused namely Mustaq and recovered 1170 gram hashish from his possession. The Tarnol police team arrested an accused namely Adil and recovered 8mm rifile from his possession.
Moreover, PS Ramna team arrested an accused namely Atif Hussain and recovered 223 bore gun from his possession. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
18 absconders booked
in various crimes
ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops arrested 18 absconders involved in heinous crime during the last week.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, special tasks were assigned to all police officials to ensure the arrest of proclaimed offenders and absconders involved in heinous crimes.
During the crackdown, the Islamabad capital police teams of PS Secretariat, PS Margalla, PS Shalimar, PS Aabpara, PS Bhara Kahu, PS Phulghran and PS Bani gala teams arrested 18 absconders during the last week.
