ISLAMABAD: PS Shahzad Town police team raided a distillery and recovered a huge quantity of liquor.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Shahzad town police team used technical and human resources and raided a distillery in the jurisdiction of Shahzad Town police station and recovered 150 liters liquor, empty bottles of liquor, stickers and manufacturing items. Police team also arrested an accused namely Shamoon Akram during the raid. Case has been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
