Karachi: Sindh government has announced that if an individual is suffering from fever or has come from Iran should not come to watch the Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches at National Stadium, ARY News reported.
“Please stay at your home if you have a fever or have come from Iran,” Government appealed.
Sindh government have taken precautionary measures due to coronavirus outbreak in Karachi. A medical panel will also be appointed at the checkpoints and is going to be accompanied by police. Fans will be scanned while entering the stadium by a medical panel.
For more safety, a private company has offered Sindh government to place handwashing points at the stadium.
Furthermore, the experts have confirmed that it is not essential to wear a mask if fans are coming to watch the match. A medical team will be on alert if any emergency occurs during the matches.
It must be noted that five matches of PSL 5 are scheduled in Karachi from 12th to 17th March which includes Qualifier 1 too. – Agencies
